1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the uk9i platform available at uk9i.io ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and uk9i ("we", "us", "the Company") with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the uk9i Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age requirement for using uk9i. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not unlawful for the individual user.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of uk9i or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by uk9i for breach of these Terms.

uk9i reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction, account access will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending satisfactory identity confirmation.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

To access the full features of the uk9i Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must update any information that changes.

Each player may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. uk9i employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances therein withheld.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. uk9i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify us immediately at support@uk9i.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your uk9i account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never access your account from a shared or public device without logging out fully afterwards.
• Do not allow any third party to deposit into or withdraw from your account on your behalf.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

uk9i supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard international cards are also accepted for deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within your account settings at the time of each transaction.

All deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes of payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same day. uk9i does not charge any platform-level fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which uk9i bears no responsibility.

uk9i reserves the right to request additional documentation — including bank statements or mobile wallet transaction history — before processing any withdrawal request. This is in compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Any deposit made using funds that do not belong to the account holder, or that are derived from criminal activity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. uk9i will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation arising from such circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

uk9i may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players ("Promotions"). The availability, eligibility criteria, and terms of each Promotion are specified in the individual offer documentation published on the Platform at the time the Promotion is active.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Only one Promotion may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or abuse a Promotion — including but not limited to coordinated wagering with other accounts, bet hedging, or irregular wagering patterns — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• uk9i reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with one another unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the uk9i Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by human dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by uk9i or its affiliates in any way.

Each game available on the Platform is subject to its own individual rules, published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing real-money wagers. uk9i accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uk9i Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors in the Platform's advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and must be returned.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with gameplay.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any game or Platform component.

uk9i monitors all gameplay activity using automated detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be investigated, and uk9i reserves the right to void any bets, withhold any winnings, and close any account found to be in breach of fair play obligations.

7 Sports Betting Rules

uk9i offers sports betting on a range of events including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches), football, kabaddi, judo, and other sporting events as made available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the Platform, which may differ from the odds at the time you initiated the bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or event as published on the Platform. Typically, bets on abandoned fixtures are voided and the stake returned.
• Obvious pricing errors, whether due to data feed issues or human error, are not binding. uk9i reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event are subject to limits posted within the Platform's betting interface. These limits may vary by sport and market.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

uk9i is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the uk9i Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the Platform's overall design — is the property of uk9i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of uk9i intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uk9i and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Platform downtime, interruption, or technical malfunction.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform.

uk9i's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uk9i account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Suspension, Closure, and Termination

uk9i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete or maintain identity verification requirements.
• Suspected use of the Platform by an underage individual.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring the restriction or closure of accounts.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or wagering activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at uk9i's discretion for reasons unrelated to a player breach, any verified remaining balance in excess of ৳500 will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed in the normal course.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

uk9i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners is shared solely for the purpose of facilitating your use of the Platform in compliance with our legal obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

uk9i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the document metadata.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance via support@uk9i.io so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

uk9i operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@uk9i.io with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

uk9i's decision on any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, or game outcomes is final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
